Try some ice, if the pain and tenderness does not go away in a few days see your family doctor.
If the 'friend' is a woman, give a hard kick at her vagina until she cannot have sex for one year. She deserve it. If the friend is a man, do the same thing too.
Well i do feel for the dear boy, If any guy has been kicked in the nuts or ';Sack tapped'; wich meens flicked real hard in the nuts would know that it feels like ur nuts rise through ur stomach.
