won something , you are the 3000th person etc. do you treat them as junk mail. I am not kidding i don`t know what these thing are. Emails saying you have won a phone etc. Will they all be scams?

Yes - anything that says ';you are the 100th, 300th person'; or whatever is junk.





Sometimes, it looks like it comes from a reputable company, i.e. My Mum got a junk email saying that she'd won 拢25,000 and they cleverly put in ';from Peugeot'; and my Mum drives a Peugeot. She phoned the local dealers and they said it wasn't real, so she just deleted it.
They are all scams my love. I have looked at them sometimes.


I am not computer literate either.


You just have to realise that if you don't enter a competition then you don't win a prize.


These scams tempt your 'greed genes'.

they are all scams.whatever you do don't click on them,if you do they will know that your e-mail address is active and they can use it for fraudulant purposes.

J you are not being daft. But last year I was so careful I did myself out of of Yahoo mug. Now how bad was that. Sorry I'm laughing.

oohhhh!!!!do not touch them!!!you will be bombarded with allsorts of filthy pop ups and emails etc.keep away.they are not legitimate

It's a scam alright - just delete and carry om asking or answering
Treat them all as scams. This week I've been the 999,999th visitor to the same site EACH DAY. Odd that - not!

Scams. Turn on your popup blocker and most of them will never show up again. But whatever you do, DON'T CLICK ON THEM!
