My friend told me she loves me when i talked to her but she was drinking at the time i need some advise?

i met my friend at work about 3 years ago, but i year ago she moved. About 2 months after she moved she invited me to go visit her so i did.

Well my boyfriend and I went out drinking and he told me to go home because he wanted to go home with another man. if you have feelings for her go for it. ask her out. just do not under any circumstances ask her about that night.
