I work in a factory


and my co-workers are physically abusing or teasing me.


I've made a complaint to the supervisor but feel like they threatening me


to take back my complaint.

This is bullying in the work place. You need to put everything in writing and send it to the boss...go above the supervisor ...do not take back your complaint. If you get no satisfaction from all of this , then you need to go to the courts that deal with this sort of thing...I don't know where you are but there are places to deal with this sort of bullying...keep a record of everything that is said or done to you...times and dates....it's very important you do this, you will find it will be a great help to your case.
there is such a thing called work place bullying. what you have to do is start filing grievances with HR, and if nothing is resolved make it a legal matter.
report it to your boss or report it.
If the supervisor isn't helping with resolving the problem, go higher up. No one should put up with this kind of treatment.
