And I mean NON of them work. Not even requests send to various e-mail addresses provided by some answers. Why doesn't any advise on how do reactive a deactivated account work?
Do you close accounts due to inactivity?

Yes!. Accounts are deactivated and removed after four months of no use.

When an account is deactivated, you won't be able to access it, regardless of whether or not email has been received in the account during that time.

And sorry, but we can't retrieve any of the information that was formerly stored in it.

Note: With Mail Plus, your account will never go dormant due to inactivity. Check it out

But you can try to log in. By luck your account can still be recovered if still not taken away by other user.
