When you have sex, try putting your buttocks on top of a couple of pillows. This encourages the sperm to flow toward your uterus, ensuring more of them survive. Also, try remaining laying down for 30 minutes afterward, to ensure optimal delivery. And, if you'll notice, there are 5-8 days per month when you are super 'ready' (you know what I mean). I am in the same boat hun...use an ovulation test!!! I got a box with 20 in it at Wal-Mart for like $12.99...I detected the LH surge (which means i ovulated) yesterday and now I am just waiting and praying. Don't give up though!!! If you still have problems talk to your doc. about clomid....it will help you get preggo and its fairly inexpensive. Oh! And lay on your back or in an upside down angle for at least 5 min. after sex....helps the lil guys get to where they need to go. Sending baby dust your way hun...hope you hit the mark soon!
