I need advise on work out .I am 25 years old male and never been to the gym .Check detail?

I am 25 years old and around 140 lb .I have always been poked as a skinny little guy now enough is enough .My goal is to achieve 200 lb .One thing I cant eat greasy food because I have Acid reflux GERD and I cant eat beef and acidic foods . I need some professional solid advice. Please help No stupid answers please

Don't try to ';eat'; your way to 200 pounds. This is not a healthy weight goal for you. Your goal should be to develop your muscles, which you can do by weight lifting and resistance exercises at the gym. Make sure to eat healthy food with enough protein to build the muscle. Do not eat ';junk'; in a stupid effort to gain weight. Only eat the additional calories and protein that you need to add muscle.


You should go to a legit gym with a trainer. They are usually really happy to give you tips and a program you can use when you go in. Like a YMCA is great for this because they are not too expensive. Be religious about doing this every day. Maybe get a door gym (bar for chinups) and do pushups and squats at home as well. Do at least 30 minutes every day.


Do not buy any stupid ';dietary supplements'; like protein powders and herbal supplements or anything. They are rip offs and they have never been proven safe or effective. Stick with healthy food and weightlifting.
