What form is it I need to obtain for my employers to advise I no longer have to pay national insurance?

If you are over 60 then you can get an exemption certificate from HMRC by writing to:

HM Revenue %26amp; Customs

National Insurance Contributions Office

Contributor Caseworker

Longbenton

Newcastle upon Tyne

NE98 1ZZ

If you do not earn enough to pay NI then your employer should know this and they should not be deducted from your wages. What form is it I need to obtain for my employers to advise I no longer have to pay national insurance?
It depends on the reason for not having to pay. Are you over the NIC limit in another job? That is form RD-950, if memory serves.

The form you need if you are over State Pension Age is form CA4140/CF384. For that form, you can write to:

HM Revenue %26amp; Customs

National Insurance Contributions Office

Contributor Caseworker

Longbenton

Newcastle upon Tyne

NE98 1ZZ
