Where do americans think that america is the only place with social services. A person who gets granted entry to canada until that individual gets a social insurance number cannot work, gets welfare education and free healthcare. But if this person entered my lcountry illigally report that person, we already have enough immigration problems. But if their life is in jeopardy can change their application seek a lawyer there is loop holes.
