I am a 5'9, 160 pound 16 year old high school linebacker who benchs max 210. Im trying to bulk up. any advise?

I lift and run everyday because i want to gain more muscle than fat, I also take protein shakes but i haven't gained a pound!I am a 5'9, 160 pound 16 year old high school linebacker who benchs max 210. Im trying to bulk up. any advise?
If you want to get bigger(taller and heavier), then here this... drink a tall glass of whole milk vit. D (red top) before you go to bed and eat a honey bun with it. Make sure you get plenty of rest. Some of my guys grew over 1 1/2'; from may to July. The key is getting rest because your muscles relax which allows your body to grow. The honey buns cost $1.39 for 6 at Safeway...they will put some fat on you that can be converted into muscle. Trust me, I've been coaching for many years. Most important is the Milk; not 2% and don't add the muscle mix.

if football your dream then anther position would give you a WAY better shot.


i know size don't mean alot but reality


if you go against somebody who 20 or30 or usually a RB WHO 200 IN HS or FB,s that have equally talent and skills than the bigger person will most likely win





TRY WEIGHT GAINER AND CREATINE
That's a lot of BS you bench. You don't lift everyday. But keep taking protein shakes cuz they'll do a lot for you, like waste your money.





All in all, you ain't got a clue.

If you've been coaching for 25 years, which you haven't, I pity the poor kids. You're pathetic.
Just don't be a dumb *** and juice up. Its not worth it. Work on your core area and you will be suppriesed how strong you will be.
take protein shakes, work hard and get a lot of sleep. thats the best way to build muscle.
google the old time strongman website. A lot of ideas there how to break the plateau.
Bs u don't bench press 210 and your to small for lb
