I would like to import some very special olive oil from italy... any advise on how to do it?

Partner up with a firm that already has the licenses and permits (and expertise in international trade) and then just worry about selling it. They are all around most port cities. You'll want to get exclusive distribution rights from the manufacturer or the importer may try to 'pencil you out' of the deal. Once you have that, call a reputable italian wholesale food importer and tell them you would like them to carry your product and that you can make that happen for them.
