Huh? Are you black to begin with? Sounds like scabs or razor burn, try not shaving for a day or two.
That isn't normal....... Perhaps their is a weird chemical in the metal you use. One man turned his face blue by using colloidal silver..... however, I have never heard of shaving making your skin black, unless you are already black. We really need a race/ethnicity/age thing that appears for the person asking the question.
I just saw a news interview with a guy whose skin has turned bluish over a period of time!

use a real razor not a electric one. but I like the first answer you got also.
Thats referred to as ';5 o'clock shadow';. Its the dark pigment of your facial hair in the folicles, showing through your skin. If you have black facial hair, unfortunatly theres not much you can do. Just keep good razors around to get a closest shave possible. If its that bothersome, try some consealer.

Short of the fact you may have very heavy beard stubble which is normal, I would suggest that you should see a dermatologist.
