I am in Real Estate in Michigan. In the Detroit area there are plenty of great neighborhoods to look. St Clair Shores, Clinton Twp., Chesterfield, Warren, Birmingham, Troy, Clawson, Fraser, Oxford, Lake Orion, Brandon, Davison, Grand Blanc, Lapeer, Oakland, Romeo, Armada and many many more. I work for Help-U-Sell Properties in Grand Blanc and there are alot of great houses for little monies.I may move to Detroit area. I want to buy a home for $120,000. Anyone have advise on good homes to live?

Why would wnyone want to move TO Detroit???


Most people are trying to get away from it.
I live in Detroit and happen to be in the real estate world. Detroit has some great cities in the suburbs. Royal Oak, Huntington Woods, Troy, Livonia, Birmingham, etc are all great cities.





Right now there is a mass exodus from Detroit because of the problems with the car companies, but that means that there are plenty of great deals on homes. Your money will take you pretty far.
