15K to 50K depending on the status of the hospital. The chance of normal delivery is rare and doctors would tell you at the last minute that the child is on wrong position.... or if you wait for normal delivery the mental growth of the child will be affected etc.... You do not get a choice as a father and as a husband.
Depending on the place/city, it will cost anything between Rs.2000 to 50000/- in India.
