to be Fibromyalgia. She is going to see a Neurologist (probably her 5th doctor) tomorrow but is scared that the doctor will also just give her some medicine which after all these years hasn't helped. A neurologist may be able to help, as their specialization lends them to this sort of thing. However, if you're looking for a less drug-oriented approach, you might want to consider consulting an osteopath/D.O. I know several osteopaths and several patients with FM. The two seem to be a winning combination.
