i sent an email to friend and need to safe the massage for reference purpose but it is not in the sent boxKindly advise why my sent box do not safe what i send ?
assuming your using yahoo mail you need to change your preferences - click the mail option button (upper right corner of email screen -under the manage column you'll see general preferences click that and you'll see the option to save sent email to folder - hope this helps
