I am a chef and caterer. :0) We (my husband and I) want to know how to break into catering in the sports, music, movie, arena doing contract work. We have a successful business already...we are just looking to branch out. We think we would be the perfect type of tag team that could provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Your best bet is to try and solicit local sports teams for work. It will be very difficult to break into the movie business in Indianapolis.
